Skytrain needs to support more expectant mothers when in public transit. It is already hard enough dealing with this society that needs to be reminded constantly to give up their seats to eldery or disabled people; but sometimes a pregnant lady needs it so badly that most of the time these seats are not even thought to be offered because the sticker doesn’t show it.
I had luck that most of the time those reserved seats were offered to me a lot. But, there were times where my belly was almost touching the persons’ nose when a very crowded train and even then I was still standing up. I know there is people out there thinking that we could always ask for it; but I guess it all comes down to “why do I need to ask for it?”. Is it that bad to have some courtesy and be nice without us asking? So, since most people need a reminder; could translink amend those stickers?
