For the not-so Wordless Wednesday…
Rare sunny spring day in Vancouver – cheeryblossoms |
As beautiful as the cherryblossoms seem, they are deadly for this mama. Sneeze, itch, watery eyes, hives, sinus, you name it, I get it all. My allergies come in a pretty combo, mostly in cherryblossom season. It’s common for me to hear a lot “Aww, we don’t have those trees here, they are beautiful” – which they are, but it comes with a price and many don’t know this.
Cherryblossoms in the city means living in misery for a couple of weeks unless I take my antihistamine. If I can, I like dealing with things on my own without the use of over the counter medication (Tylenol, Advil, etc…), but this really gets to me with no other choice other than pack myself with Claritin.
Awww … They are still pretty though.
