Neither me or my husband can’t believe what am about to say but, we are a happy and complete Apple family. I am not sure if I would ever turn away from Apple now. I’m getting pickier wiser as I grow older (but I think is mostly since budget has not been an issue so far) that I try to buy quality and pretty products. Products that don’t drive me crazy. Products that are easy and friendly and that produce results. Apple has shown me the light, and I’ll keep going to the light.
My first cellphone in Canada was a crappy Nokia, my next upgrade after that was the iPhone3. Then the iPhone5. And I think I’ll never look back.
My first computer after my first paycheque in Canada was my forever loved Dell XPS m1330 – beautiful laptop, light and powerful. After it got stolen, I tried almost every decent laptop out there in the market. I resisted converting to Mac for so long because I was a comfortable Windows user. But everything made for windows was ugly or clunky. I had no other option than to switch to Mac and I get myself a luxurious iMac 27″ (oh, the sacrifices one does). I am still learning how to speak Mac, but I understand now why some people don’t mind the switch even if it involves learning another OS.
Before my trip to Mexico I stressed out for a while looking for a tablet for my 3 year old. I thought being away for 7 weeks it was a must-have device for entertainment – before, during and after the flight. I (and my kid) tried almost every Android device, they were pretty, but the apps available for kids were not that good. We had to return them all and instead of buying her an iPad I got myself a MacBook Air 13″. With no doubt my trip was awesome.
Not without forgetting hubs – he has a MacBook Pro 13″ – who happily replaced his last one from our sad incident when we had a break in our home.
But today, today we reached a big milestone. We got an iPad mini. I wasn’t thinking to get it, but…but I got a gift certificate and…and…my kid keeps using my iPhone for entertainment. So, something had to be done, right? My phone is my phone now, and my kid is a happy kid with her own screen.
Who knew I would have said my Apple account would help keeps us together, happier, with our favourite apps, and the unquestionable style. We have no intentions to look back. We’ve seen the light.
What about you, do you own an Apple product? What do you like the most?

I am and will be a forever iPhone user. hubby has a Blackberry through his work and wanted me to switch. nope. not gonna.
now he has seen the light and will upgrade when he can. Both our desktop computer and my laptop are Dell products and we love them. But honestly – it was what we good afford. IF money was no option – it would all be Apple. hands down.

My husband had one a Blackberry before – maybe was the second or third generation. Crappy. The button broke twice, it was embarrassing. Back then, it was even more expensive to get a decent cellphone we could only afford what included in the contract. But now? No way I go back, iPhone it is.
I have to say I barely use my computerS – I guess because they are so pretty LOL

This is pretty much our family. The Apple TV also changed our lives.

I have always wonder how the apple TV works. Husband is pushing to get it at one point, but I haven’t had the “time” to actually investigate and compare to the current cable provider.
